I was first introduced to iceberg lettuce when my family and I moved to the United States. Lettuce is almost 98 percent water, making it very delicious when it’s served cold and crispy. It’s mild flavor and crispiness allows the zaatar dressing to shine in its herbal glory making it a wonderful appetizer or a filler in a sandwich.
