Simple Fresh Herbs & Boiled Eggs Sandwich

A close up of some food on the table

Fresh herbs are nature’s perfume. Herbs have been used and celebrated since the beginning of time. Ancient records reveal herbs were used as medicine, aphrodisiacs, and remain a big part of religious ceremonies. Both Armenia and Eastern Mediterranean countries use herbs in their recipes. I always keep some variants in my kitchen. The green color and the aroma is a instant lift to any recipe.
