While cheese boards are popular, I often find them expensive and prone to wastage. This recipe offers a delightful alternative, featuring premium imported feta cheese. The combination of saltiness, fried sesame crust, and the sweetness of honey creates a conversation-worthy dish that will dazzle your guests.

Ingredients:
- 8 oz good block quality imported feta
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 3 tbsp black sesame seeds
- 6 tbsp pomegranate seeds for decoration
- ¼ cup olive oil for frying
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
Instructions:
- Slice the feta into 1-inch fingers or cut into two triangles, depending on your preference.
- Beat the egg in a small bowl and add black pepper.
- Place flour on a flat plate.
- Mix the sesame seeds together in a separate shallow dish.
- In a small frying pan, heat the oil.
- Dredge each feta piece first in egg, then flour, egg again, followed by sesame seeds. Ensure even coating on all sides.
- Fry in the hot oil, cooking all sides until golden brown (approximately 2 minutes per side).
- Place the feta fingers on a serving plate and drizzle with honey. Sprinkle pomegranate seeds for a vibrant touch.
