Laban Ayran Than

“Than” is a yogurt drink that has been a part of my life since childhood. My mother used to make the yogurt at home, so I know what good yogurt tastes like. Unfortunately, many yogurt packers today add pectin as a thickener. However, I love finding yogurt without stabilizers; it’s like striking gold. Pure yogurt has a creamy, soft, and slightly sour texture, which I adore. I typically drink at least a cup a day, sometimes two. It instantly soothes acidity, quenches my thirst, and feels like a gorgeous blanket for my gut. For my daily fix on the go, I simply mix the yogurt with cold water, and it’s perfect. When prepared properly, this yogurt is stunning. I often serve it with lunch and dinner.
