When my sour cherry fruit preserve won the gold competition, I was so surprised to discover that it was rather an unknown taste to the Americans. Its sweet, red, packed with juicy fiber has been in my childhood since our house gardens in Armenia. Sour cherry juice is often enjoyed in Eastern Mediterranean countries during summertime; the syrups are often diluted with sparkling or flat water and served with ice. It is incredibly delicious and amazing for your health. I love this cocktail and I dedicate it to my most enjoyable times in Beirut, having cocktails with friends and family.
