Ingredients:
- 1 large cauliflower, cut into florets with its leaves
- 1 TBS Baharat spice mix
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbs olive oil
- ¼ cup sliced blanched almonds, toasted
- ¼ cup fresh chopped cilantro
- 1 TBS sumac

Dressing:
- 3 TBS tahini
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 TBS fresh lemon juice

Instructions:
