Armenian String Cheese

I take much delight in Armenian string cheese. The strings open up and become
many yards of edible art. I love making it into my Lebanese sandwiches with thinly
sliced cucumbers, dried mint, tomatoes and some labneh. You can be as creative as
you wish.
