Summer Watermelon Diaries : Refreshing Juice

Eastern Mediterranean countries like to celebrate seasons and produce. The fruits are often
juiced and served to guests. When Summer months are here, watermelons tend to be
big, juicy and inexpensive. It is an ideal way to quench thirst through simple one minute
juicing. I juice it and leave in the refrigerator to be enjoyed later.

It stays fresh at least four
days, when the juice get separated from pulp you can give a simple mix with the spoon.
Watermelons are over 90 % water content, it is most satisfying to walk in to your home
from being out on a hot day and pour yourself delicious cold glass.

  1. Watermelon must be ripe and red. Blend it in a simple blender. If you choose to
    remove the seeds or the pulp, simply use a strainer and refrigerate to be
    enjoyed.
