Lemon and Mint Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup water or ice cubes or combination
  • Sesame seeds on top 

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.

  3. Adjust sweetness with honey if needed.
  4. Serve chilled.
