Ingredients:
- 12β15 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup labneh (strained yogurt)
- 2 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced or diced
- 2β3 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pinch of sumac, for finishing
