Slow-Braised Beef with Seasonal Green Beans in Tomato Garlic Sauce
A beloved Lebanese comfort dish, Loubya bil Lahme brings together tender beef, fresh
seasonal green beans, garlic, tomatoes, and warm Middle Eastern spices. Slowly
cooked in a cast-iron Dutch oven, the beef becomes melt-in-your-mouth tender while
