Step into the world of Sylva’s award-winning fruit preserves. Crafted from premium fresh fruits nurtured in the volcanic soils of Armenia, our preserves carry a legacy of generations – nestled 10,000 feet above sea level on the slopes of Mount Ararat.
We take pride in hand-cutting each fruit, simmering them with cane sugar and lemon juice, ensuring pure and natural flavors. No pectin thickeners or colorings are used in our preserves – our jars contain culture, flavor, and tradition only.
Only removed the stones without cutting the fruits. This creates chunky wholesome pieces bursting in it’s natural juices.
Paired with Mountain presses cow cheeses, Parmigiano Reggiano, Brie cheeses.

Our figs grow in the most southern part of Armenia known for it’s large figs with sweet bursting syrup upon harvesting.
