Ingredients:
For the Salad:
- 4 cups shredded white cabbage
- 2 medium apples, thinly sliced or julienned
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
- 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts or slivered almonds
For the Dressing:
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
- 1 teaspoon ground sumac
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare the Salad:
- Combine the shredded cabbage, sliced apples, red onion, parsley, and mint in a large bowl.

- In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, sumac, and salt until well combined.
