Lemon and Mint Smoothie

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 small handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1/2 cup water or ice cubes or combination
  • Sesame seeds on top
