Shrimp Poached Salad with Labneh, Cucumbers & Dill

Move over shrimp cocktail, this is your glow-up.
Cool, creamy labneh meets crisp cucumbers, fresh dill, and gently poached shrimp for a
dish that feels light, lush, and quietly indulgent. It’s the kind of salad you make when you
want something fresh but still a little luxurious, simple but never boring. Think breezy
afternoons, linen shirts, and a glass of something chilled within reach.
